Use this summary when you need a public coverage count rather than individual catalog rows.

Access and behavior
sources is the global public source count, markets is the global public market count, and by_source maps each source ID to its public market count. This endpoint has no query parameters or pagination.
Response
Errors
The OpenAPI contract lists503, 429. Error responses use error.code, error.message, and error.resolution. Follow Retry-After after 429.
